材料: 
白飯/ 永谷園醬油味木魚紫菜飯素 / HIKARI MISO 無添加日本產麵豉/ 蘿蔔/ 豬肉碎少許/ 雞蛋/ 火腿
做法:
1. 白飯蒸熱
2. 蘿蔔切薄片,放進小鍋中,加水兩碗,煲滾後加入豬肉碎,轉細火煮約10分鐘
3. 加入一湯匙麵豉,攪拌後關火
4. 火腿切粒,3隻雞蛋打勻,下火腿及鹽少許
5. 平底鑊加熱下油,將蛋液加進平底鑊炒兩分鐘左右,上碟
6. 白飯盛起,灑上飯素。另外盛一碗麵豉湯即可 
Ingredients
Cooked rice, NAGATANIEN Otonano Furikake Rice Seasoning Bonito, HIKARI MISO Made in Japan Additive-Free Miso, Mooli, minced pork, eggs, ham
Methods
1. Steam the cooked rice until hot
2. Mooli cut into thin slices. In a small pot, add 2 bowls of water and the mooli. Cook until boil, add into minced pork. Turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes
3. Add 1 tablespoon of Miso, mix well and turn off the heat
4. Diced the ham, beat 3 eggs and add the ham and a bit of salt. 
5. Hot a pan and add some oil, pour the egg mixture in and stir fry for about 2 minutes.  Serve in a small plate 
6. Serve the rice in a bowl with the rice seasoning. And serve the miso soup in another bowl.
