Ingredients
Cooked rice, NAGATANIEN Otonano Furikake Rice Seasoning Bonito, HIKARI MISO Made in Japan Additive-Free Miso, Mooli, minced pork, eggs, ham
Methods
1. Steam the cooked rice until hot
2. Mooli cut into thin slices. In a small pot, add 2 bowls of water and the mooli. Cook until boil, add into minced pork. Turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes
3. Add 1 tablespoon of Miso, mix well and turn off the heat
4. Diced the ham, beat 3 eggs and add the ham and a bit of salt.
5. Hot a pan and add some oil, pour the egg mixture in and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Serve in a small plate
6. Serve the rice in a bowl with the rice seasoning. And serve the miso soup in another bowl.
