Failed Delivery

If delivery is failed due to incorrect delivery address or buyer is unable to sign for parcel, all delivery cost will be paid by buyer (including Free Delivery Orders)

Returns

We accept return of items within 14 working days after parcel being delivered. Buyer are liable for any return postage costs and postages costs for the exchange. For missing or damaged items, please contact us within 14 workings days for refund or replace arrangement.
