Ingredients:
Sun Wave Yeung Chun Noodle 1pack, Beef, Carrot, Cucumber, Mee Chun Best Soy 4 teaspoon, Bibigo Sesame Oil 2 teaspoon, Olive Oil 4 teaspoon, Sugar 2 teaspoon, Surasang Seasoned Seaweed Flakes for toppings
Methods:
1. Put the noodles into a pot of boil water, boil until soft. Raise in tap water and drain the water
2. Sherd the carrot and boil until soft. Drain the water
3. Julienne the beef, marinate it with some soysauce and sesame oil. Stir fry the beef on a pan until cooked, and add the carrot to stir well
4. Sherd Cucumber
5. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar
6. Put the noodles onto a plate, put the shredded cucumber, the beef on it. Then pour the sauce onto it. Then put the seaweed on top.
